Think Three Media Founder, Leah Frazier, was interviewed by American Inno – NTX Inno to chat disparities for black founders and startups within entrepreneurship. Featured alongside Mandy Price of Kanarys, Maxie Taylor of GoodieBoxx, and Stephen Lewis of HomematchX — all founders weighed in on whether race had a defining role for opportunities for Black Founders.

Leah had much to say including a call for diversity and inclusion, “Having a myriad of voices and having a myriad of cultures helps companies be the absolute best they can be,” said Leah Frazier, president of Dallas-based social media and PR agency Think Three Media, which represents a number of Black entrepreneurs. “We’re not looking to be a charity case, we’re not looking for a handout, we’re not saying, ‘hey you always have to put a Black person in that position.’ No, we want to earn that position, what we’re saying is, ‘look at your practices to ensure there’s nothing discriminatory going on, because we just want a chance, we don’t even have the opportunity right now.’”
